Refund and Returns Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Only MedHealth Sup products purchased online at www.medhealthsup/ will be accepted. Any MedHealth Sup product returns purchased at any other retailer must be handled by that retailer.

To complete your return, we require:

  • A receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to any other retailer.
  • Collection address and telephone number within South Africa only.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). These are: 

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. 
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a specified time. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Please note, refunds are processed through our payment gateway partner, PayFast Payments, and due to a significant increase in national online shopping, refunds may take up to a week to process.

Breast pumps may only be returned unopened and the seal clearly intact – original condition.

Electrical Products – Defective Goods – One Year Guarantee

If during the first 6 months after purchase, you discover that your goods are defective or faulty, please contact us at Upon proof of purchase, we will collect the goods at our expense repair or replace the goods or refund you. This is in line with the first 6 months statutory warranty period in terms of the Consumer Protection Act of 2008 (the CPA).

If a defect is discovered after the 6 month warranty period but within the 1-year manufacturer’s guarantee period. We will collect the goods and have them technically assessed to determine whether the goods can be repaired or replaced.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. 

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at or call 0100133010.


Product returns will be collected by our courier company at no additional charge.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
